COD ORDER POLICY
COD orders can get auto cancelled by our shipping software, because of the following issues:
- House/office number/name is missing in the address
- Pin code mismatch
- Two contact numbers aren’t provided/number is wrong
- Two same contact numbers are provided
- Incomplete address/No landmark provided
- Multiple COD orders are placed for the same books
- Customers’ pin code is a high RTO risk pin code (Only prepaid orders will be shipped to these type of pin
codes)
- Customer failed to confirm the order through our post order WhatsApp/IVR confirmation process
